Flow

When you are in alignment you flow effortlessly. There is a natural drawing towards and an innate knowing as to when to stop and move on to something else. It is a state that you enter when your body is clear and you are in right relationship to Spirit. This means taking responsibility for how you feel and taking the necessary steps to re-align if there are any feelings in your body that require your conscious attention.

When this is handled, there is freedom to flow. It is like the metaphor of the snake, who is filled with many bones – far more than the human body has – yet can bend, morph, shape and curl into all sorts of shapes the human cannot. The structure allows for the freedom of flowing.

In this comparison, your discipline of breath, of returning to the body, of scanning your body for any physical sensations trying to get your attention, that provides the structure for flow to emerge naturally.

Then, you need only to follow your fun, your bliss, your purpose, and your callings. You will be able to hear them because your body is clear. And you will be able to take the steps you need to take if doing so prompts a block or resistance.

In this flow state, you are also able to receive on a whole other level. In the flow, you are freed from your limited thinking which would see you subtly reject a blessing by believing you are not worthy or do not have time, or whatever else you may incorrectly believe.

The abundance of the Universe can thus flow through you and to you in much more beneficial ways.

And so it is.
