I’m so exited you found my page!

I trust that we all find each other at the right time. And if you find yourself here, I hope I can be of service.

So far, my journey has unfolded like a trail of breadcrumbs, slowly but surely, and I’ve learned to have faith in the perfect unfolding.

While I have always felt ‘spiritual’, it was really when I began to do the deeper, shadow work on myself - showing up daily - that I began to see the breadcrumbs for what they were (whether they were disguised as a feeling, an opportunity, a ‘challenge…): invitations to go deeper into Spirit via my own humanness.

As my spiritual path unfolded more and more, I noticed how a deficit of self-compassion, self-acceptance and a capacity to self-nurture and soothe (essentially, all traits of the Divine Feminine) were the biggest factors causing my inability to embrace what life was giving me for my own expansion. It could feel like just too much, too scary, cause confusion or despair… and it would feel like a fight rather than a flow.

It was by consciously developing these qualities within myself that I was able to transform my life. A major support for me was the Divine Family Coaching process that I underwent, and which I now also coach.

Spirit also modeled for me, everyday, how to love myself more unconditionally. You can read more about my journey with the Goddess here.

As a direct consequence of my choice to do the work, show up, and heal every day, my life has transformed.

As I grow and develop on this journey, so many of my lessons have been about accepting Life as it is, and learning to love and accept myself as I am RIGHT NOW – even if in that moment I am encountering difficult emotions. Learning how to genuinely hold and feel into these wounded places has changed my life, and I feel so passionate about helping other people like me to do the same.
